La Paz County, Arizona! (Part 13)

3/4 of the way through “No Man’s Land”! 👽

1-1/2 miles of uphill… over the summit… and 3-1/2 miles of downhill to the finish! 😜

I believe I saw 6 cars today and only 2 were coming at me but only 1 of them waved or honked! 🤬

Anywho, the scenery was varied and pretty cool looking today from the summit down about 1 mile. I saw a sudden surge in Saguaro cactus again!!! 🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🥰

I was told of deer and big horn sheep around the summit area but I did not see any there, nor was there any sign of any other wildlife anywhere else… 😔

I did stop a few times to use both cameras I carried trying to capture the full majesty of the views I had from the summit! 😊

At about mile marker 8-1/2 I had a car pass me, come back and park in the road to talk! They read about me on Facebook and wanted to take a picture! 😀

I waited for the cold temperatures to warm up before I started but by the time I finished the wind kicked in and it got cold again!?!? 🥶🥵🥶

One more 5 miler on Plomosa Road on Monday and then it’s back to the normal 3 miles for the 80+ miles to Yuma on Highway 95! 👣
