Could Arizona turn blue for Joe Biden? | ITV News

Arizona isn’t traditionally a swing state. It has voted republican since the 1950s – except for when Bill Clinton, a fellow southerner, won it for the Democrats in 1996.

But this time it could once again be within the grasp of the Democrats – and Joe Biden.

Changes in the make up of the population – and the way the coronavirus pandemic has been handled – have meant change could be in the wind.
