Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Krystie Reeves earned her Bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University and her Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Sydney in New South Wales, Australia. She owns BioteamAZ, a trauma and crime scene remediation company that provides cleanup services after a traumatic event. Krystie emphasizes the importance of community-focused values and a collaborative approach to problem-solving skills in the biohazard remediation industry.

Krystie is certified in Trauma Crime Scene Cleaning, Odor Control, and Health and Safety with the national organization Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (“IICRC”).  The IICRC is a non-profit organization founded in 1972 that develops certifications and standards for the inspection, cleaning, and restoration industries.   Nationally, she was nominated by her peers as a subject matter expert in Trauma Crime Scene Cleanup with the (“IICRC”).

Krystie advocates for changes to improve the quality of trauma and crime scene cleanup services throughout the state of Arizona.  She is also collaborating with other businesses in this industry to start a non-profit organization to help fund the costs of trauma and crime scene cleanup services throughout the state of Arizona.

Outside of BioteamAZ, Krystie enjoys volunteering with different organizations.  She loves to travel, try out new recipes, and spend time with her family and dogs.  Krystie enjoys sports and is an avid Phoenix Suns and Diamondbacks fan.
