While it may not be the best type of fact, Americans drink more coffee than water on a day-to-day basis, according to a new study by the National Coffee Association (NCA). On average, we’re consuming 2.8 cups a day — hello, caffeine. As we accept the fact that we truly do seem to run on coffee, let’s use the upcoming National Coffee Day as a way to celebrate (and save!).
