Clark has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), one of the premier legal associations in North America. Shannon was inducted as a Fellow before an audience of approximately 600 during ACTL’s recent Annual Meeting.
One of Arizona’s most accomplished trial lawyers, Shannon has spent more than two decades representing victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death across the country. As co-chair of Gallagher & Kennedy’s Plaintiff’s Personal Injury & Wrongful Death group, Shannon brings deep experience litigating and resolving complex cases involving motor vehicle and trucking crashes, aviation disasters, product liability, professional malpractice, elder abuse, and insurance bad faith.
Recognized for his courtroom skill, strategic insight, and commitment to clients, Shannon has been named to The Best Lawyers in America® and Southwest Super Lawyers® since 2012 and has repeatedly earned “Lawyer of the Year” honors in Products Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs. About the American College of Trial Lawyers
Founded in 1950, the ACTL seeks to improve the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics, and the administration of justice through education and public statements on independence of the judiciary, trial by jury, respect for the rule of law, access to justice, and fair and just representation of all parties to legal proceedings.
Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only to experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of fifteen years’ trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship and membership in the ACTL cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province.
