Team USA cruised to victory Tuesday at the FIBA U19 World Cup, as Arizona incoming freshman Koa Peat scored double figures for the third straight game.

Peat had 15 points in USA’s 129-70 win over Cameroon. Peat scored 13 of his points in the first half before USA coach Tommy Lloyd let him rest for most of the second half. Lloyd is in his second stint coaching Team USA at the FIBA U19 World Cup.

The Americans finished Group D with a 3-0 record and will face Jordan Wednesday in the Round of 16. The game will tip off at 8:15 a.m. PST and can be streamed on FIBA’s YouTube page.

Peat is averaging 16.3 points on 59.4% shooting. All of his field goal attempts have come from 2-point range. The 6-foot-8 forward is averaging 6.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists.

Peat threw down a highlight reel dunk in USA’s Win Tuesday. Most of his scoring has come in and around the paint.

USA set a tournament record with 19 3-pointers in the win. Louisville’s Mikel Brown Jr. led all scorers with 24 points.
